The Saskatchewan Wheat Pool and Paterson wooden grain elevators have all but disappeared from our prairie landscape. This picture captures how the countryside appeared in times gone by.
This prairie town is located in southern Saskatchewan on the Trans Canada Highway between Moose Jaw and Swift Current. This is the artists hometown, Parkbeg.
The watercolor remark can be applied to give the elevators their distinctive color for an additional $10.00 charge.
